Unfortunately it didn't arrive with a hood as described in listed info, so I contacted customer support, and was Quickly helped, and we negotiated a fair deal so I could purchase the hood. I wish the seller would put in the description initially they don't ship to P .O box prior to bidding so the buyer knows . Item was gorgeous. Communication was lackluster it took 2-3 days for a response bk. But other then that all went well.
