  The package was shipped out quick but was delayed by the P.O. The seller responded right away when I contacted them. I guess as a large volume seller it takes the P.O. longer to go thru the bulk pallets of packages. The seller suggested waiting a few days and that was all it took. Packaged in the original box which held up fine. The item was better than described, it looked brand new. Best of all it was a great value. This was well worth the wait. Thanks.

I wish the seller would put in the description initially they don't ship to P .O box prior to bidding so the buyer knows . Item was gorgeous.   Quality of the coat is good for Carhartt, and this company priced it very well. It was new in package with tags still attached. Unfortunately it didn't arrive with a hood as described in listed info, so I contacted customer support, and was Quickly helped, and we negotiated a fair deal so I could purchase the hood.   financial transaction was good. shipping experience was not so good. carrier tore the packaging, damaged the crossbody and lost the chain strap. seller's communication was excellent and timely. seller also provided a small refund. just some advice, please package items with the anticipation of there being shipping damage. some inexpensive bubble wrap or even old newspaper would have prevented my issue and most likely kept me whole. thanks.
