  I got an offer from this seller 90$ dollars with free shipping and I went ahead and purchased the shoes. After purchasing the shoes he refunded me because he told me he made a mistake and didn't mean to have the offer as free shipping. So he refunded me by telling eBay "buyer asked for a refund".
