  The bolts came in but when we tried to put the butt cap on our Mali by Cuesport cue, it wouldn't fit because of the heads... The vendor didn't have to go out of his way but he did! He asked if we wanted the heads cutt off and an indention made to tighten. We were happy he did because now we have a full set of weights for our rare cue , which we have been trying to find for the longest time ! We are extremely happy with the product and service. 5 Stars!
