  Item never received or shipped. Seller can't find the item. She did however refund the money and gave an apology. I am Deeply disappointed but feel like sellers need to be more responsible for their inventory.

  First time in years of selling that I couldn’t find an item. I am human, we make mistakes. Apologized profusely. This Christmas ornament had been listed for a couple of years, I spent 3 DAYS looking and panicking (explained this to customer) not because of the 8.00 it cost but because I treat my customers as I want to be treated. It was a mistake. It happens to the best of us.
