  This beautiful carved bear arrived with the tail of the fish broken. The breakage was caused by the item not being packaged and shipped properly. It arrived wrapped in two express shipping bags and being stuffed into a plastic pink shipping bag. There was absolutely no way of preventing the breakage due to the very poor packaging. Contacted the seller, said they would issue a refund, however she only would refund the price of the item.
