This is an extension to reach a heated exhaust-gas oxygen sensor on approx 30-year-old Ford vehicles. I should say the stated dimension is exact* as to how it extends as installed. Male and female outer portions were compatible. Inner ie pin and socket prosaic and all of genuine quality to provide OEM performance. As far as I can tell. * - and out on a hot section ordering by mail it needs to be. (Otherwise making harnesses parsimony is foolish.)
