Seller listed as they needed cleaning so when they arrived and I saw their condition compared to the pictures I messaged the seller to get idea where they came from so I knew what their storage situation was.     Only 1 bid on this listing, mine, got if for $25. I paid promptly and then found my order cancelled within a day under the guise of 'Issue with buyer's shipping address'. Two inquiries to the seller (civil) went unanswered. The seller currently has several virtually identical documents listed at $300+. Guess my bid wasn't what the seller expected. Where did my item go? Will it be listed again at $300+? I ran into a like stunt by a seller in the UK several years ago. Shady!

    The message I received and I quote when I went to print the label was this "Please be aware that USPS is experiencing issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later. If you are a seller and experienced this you know what I am talking about. The buyer was a immediately refunded and contacted. They are since blocked and cannot buy from me again. This was totally out of my control.
