Seller uses misleading listings with Hikvision branding, violating eBay policies. When I complained, they were dismissive and refused to address the issue properly, even suggesting deductions if I returned the incorrect items. Complete waste of time. Not good: Human, vehicle motion detection doesn't work as advertised for this model. Lack of ability and excessive time taken to accurately solve technical issues. Tendency to respond incompletely and miss out answering some questions. Price not justified considering all the hassle.
