    Communication was good and the delivery was quite fast. The only thing is that one of the shoes is totally broken, in the photos they show no damage. I actually feel a little bad for having bought something that is not what I saw in the photos.

    We sincerely apologize for the issue that you had experienced with this transaction. Used shoes, typically are expected to have considerable wear on them. We do have a 30 day free return policy and you can return the product, if you are not completely satisfied for a full refund, within that time period.
