    The laptop (Dell Precision 5560) was received professionally packed and in excellent condition, even better as noted in the eBay description. Seller was extremely responsive to an issue I had with the trackpad, which I was able to fix on my own by downloading a trackpad specific firmware update from Dell's website.     The laptop arrived on time and was packaged with care. The condition of the laptop was better than what was advertised. There were no scratches on the screen and the body did have some in-perfection but that was mentioned. The battery only has 100 cycles of use as well. Overall very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this company.
