  Item is not new and is in fair condition. The pictures show a sealed box. The box isn’t sealed. Very misleading since you are calling a clearly used product “new”

  We never claimed the boxes to be sealed., Nor there are any pictures of sealed box in the listing. It is clearly noted in the listing that boxes are opened to unlock the phones.
