    I ordered a 256gb phone I received a 64gb phone When i reached out to the seller she just offered a $20 refund. So instead of an $80 paper weight id have a $60 paper weight. This is not acceptable to me nor good business ethics/practice . . . The 256GB option is still on the sellers page available for sale so i asked her if she had the 256GB in stock and if he could expedite one to me . . . I haven't heard anything from the seller since. This seller has ads up for products they don't even have!!

    Quick shipping. Item condition was described accurately (screen was well-used but without any problematic scratches). Came packed well (almost OEM level) in a tuck box. Couldn't get the fingerprint reader to work and was given an extensive troubleshooting guide by the seller. Can't say whether damage occurred in winter shipping or the defect was missed when seller evaluated the product but they made it good without any arm twisting. Great value for price!

    Device matched description minus charging port not working. I didn't mind as they are willing to do easy returns. I opted to keep the device and they gave be a partial refund for a wireless charger which was much appreciated. Will buy from them in the future, the only thing I ask is to use bubble wrap when shipping for extra protection. Great device at a great price!
