    Not OEM. Neither the smart key nor the mechanical key are OEM despite the listing stating they are. Flat out lie. Listing photos are of OEM key but item received is NOT. Seller does not respond to messages. I paid OEM price for aftermarket quality. Plenty of sellers offering actual OEM. Look elsewhere.

    The item received was missing the blue Ford Logo but seller replaced it with a complete new fob with the logo intact. A step beyond what was necessary. The replacement item was receive late because USPS delivered it to the wrong box so took a long time to get to the proper address. Not the fault of the seller.
