After I had agreed to purchase a jacket he informed me he had discovered a stain on the lining, he apologised and said I could have the item at a much reduced price. I agreed to accept his offer, on receiving the jacket i was pleasantly surprised that the stain was hardly noticeable.and the agreed amount was paid back to my account.
