  Just...wow. I ordered this item on Sept. 21 and inquired a few times (a week after purchase) when it had shipped. No response whatsoever from the seller but instead I received a refund over two weeks after purchase. I would have rather had the item and a response to my email. Steer clear of this seller...there are other reputable sellers of Catholic merchandise here.

  Crucifix is fine quality, very pleased. However you need to work on your shipping times. Did not ship in the stated time. And this made for a slow ship time. I could have bought this from other sources and would have received much quicker and same price, however I chose to purchase from you because you are a smaller family business, as I am. Even more reason why we need to work harder and please the customer more. Just a suggestion.
