    I am more than unhappy with this seller. This product was advertised as new. Both boxes looked like they came out of a dumpster and the product in the bottles was clearly half gone and what was left was grossly coagulated. I returned the product with the label provided. Delivery has been attempted, but the seller has not picked up the returned face cream. I have not received a return and am very angry that I have been scammed by this seller.

    I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this seller. The product was advertised as new but I got it in a box that wasn't new the insides of the box were missing and it wasn't in a new condition. The product itself seemed good, but as I opened it and got it ready I noticed it was missing a part. So I contacted the seller and tried to explain the situation. They started responding then ended up ghosting me. I paid for a new product and got a opened package with missing pieces.
