    The item was not packaged properly at all (wrapped in a trash bag with tape so it got warped in transit). It was missing the songbook that is advertised in the tag so it was not a truly brand new. I contacted the seller and provided pictures and they keep stringing me along, making me promise to leave positive feedback in order to receive my rightful compensation. EDIT: Seller continues to lie (strict no return policy) and harrass me about changing this review- def not. Avoid this seller.

    I was reluctant to place order b cause have never used eBay and didn’t know what to expect. I ordered picture which was damaged in shipping. The seller immediately responded and I returned at no cost and was replaced the very next day with a replacement picture in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this seller again and highly recommend !!
