The seller wants to make sure this thing can go halfway around the world and make it there in pristine shape. Communication from the seller is good and DHL shipping is lightning fast. Craftsmanship is superb. These are HANDMADE. Do not expect 100% perfection. This is really darn close though. Any noticeable “imperfections” are ‘features’ not flaws. A bargain for the price, especially considering how much shipping cost the seller. A+. Thanks.
