  Was a bit taken by the delivery it was delivered in its original box showing what the item was left on my step. Was not packaged properly. I also made the mistake of thinking that the number pad lights up as in the picture but it does not. However, overall it’s a decent phone for the price. It does all the things I need it to do and looks nice on my desk.

  The quality is average but acceptable for the price, but the way they packaged it for transport was very bad, they folded it and lost its shape in several places, they should be more careful when packaging it! In short, for the price I can recommend it.

  The CPU Cooler came intact and unblemished, and was properly packaged in its box for shipping. Unfortunately despite the listing indicating cooler would come complete in box as an Open Box listing, it did not come with any of the mounting brackets or screws necessary to use it in a computer. The seller did great on their part to rectify the issue by refunding my purchase. Much credit goes to the seller for a timely response to the issue with my purchase.
