Do you know there is no standard shoe size? each manufacture size runs different, even on the same manufacture same last different upper design that will fit slightly off.
Tip for measuring kid foot
Have the kid stand on blank piece of paper each foot and holding the pen perpendicular against foot trace outline of both foot. Now measure out the longest part of toe for length and widest part for width. If both foot come out different using the bigger foot measurement. Take the measurement info you get add 3/8 inch for growing room as reference to compare shoe insole measurement. At Children_Heaven we fit test every shoe we sell on kid therefore we are familiar each style fit.
