I contacted the shipper and find out our product never shipped and that it is not new sealed or in the box like the picture shows or the description shows. They are buying in bulk and rebottling the R22. Never received product because she couldn't follow the instructions to comply with federal laws regarding shipping refrigerant. Called to try and rectify and started making baseless and illogical claims so refunded money immediately. Banned from our store and I would suggest any other seller do the same.

The delivery was handled very smoothly and was actually delivered 3 days early. Once I made contact thru email with them and got the document signed and sent the customer service was great. Every email I sent was promptly answered by the next day, some earlier. Would definitely recommend them. But make sure to read ALL the directions regarding documents needed.
