  The computer was well packaged. My sister had no issues with the contents and all contents appeared as described. While there was a minor delay of 1-2 days in shipping, I do not think it had anything to do with the seller. Overall, the value appears to be good for what was received.

  Neutral to negative experience with this seller. Monitor was dirty, very dirty (mold?) and damaged upon arrival. They were very quick to respond (less than a minute) and issued a full refund, which i appreciate. Have bought refurbished monitors before, this was not nearly as good packaging or condition as I’ve bought before. Not sure I would buy again, based on this experience.
