    The hydro water bottle arrived on time packed in its original box. The bottle worked when plugged in only, not as described. I reached out to the seller who issued a partial refund since the items was listed with no returns. The product is a disappointment, the seller was not.

    I can only say good words for this seller. Initially the order was sent short. I reached out to the seller and in less than an hour the seller replied and stated that he would immidiately send the rest of the order and for the trouble he was going to send an extra unit at no cost. Several days later the remainder of the order was received, plus the extra free unit. Great customer service!
