  NOT POSITIVE! ! Seller refunded my instant PAPAL payment, cancelled my purchase and no shoes sent. REASON? Shipping address was a PO BOX.... I included my street address AND PO BOX as USPS has no street delivery in our mountain town. MY feedback is 100% for over 400 transactions and NEVER a problem with my address.
