  Ebay customer service was great. But the problem is not really resolved as I have 2 boxes that need to go back and the seller only sent one shipping label and it was for USPS which has a weight limit of 70 lbs. the 2nd box weights 75 lbs. I returned one box but still have the other one. The one product came shipped in two boxes.
