  The picture is false advertise ment . I ordered three sets .. I received 95 rubber balloons, no foil no strip to make an arch with . Not enough stickers to stick balloons together . I questioned with seller he said he did send three sets.. tell me how you can make a balloon arch with 30 small balloons.. he said he would send the sticky strip and never did .. Avoid this at all costs and..would certainly not recommend . Id give it no stars but I have no voice but give it one
