Professionally cleaned but still had a damp smell that got on my clothes after 5 minutes.     The coat was beautiful but sadly I’m returning it. The chemical solution is too pungent. You can smell it from several feet away. I asked a professional, and they said the smell most likely will not come out.I will definitely try again maybe somebody else will have better luck with this. It was shipped quickly and packaged in a plastic covered Amazon box which was fine. It also came with a nice hanger.
