  nothing like the photo as advertised this is not solid wood but is MDF very disappointing and certainly not worth the money. i received a partial refund because the item did not look like that advertised .this was prior to receiving the item. however on receiving tis item it was clearly NOT solid wood certainly not worth more than £20.00 UK currency as had blemishes, scratches and concealed repairs. I have received a partial refund which is not adequate so now awaiting response from supplier

  The listing said it was standard size and fits most adults, but upon purchase, the seller caught a mistake and reached out to me to let me know it was not the standard size, only a display model. So he asked what I wanted to do. I asked for a refund, and the money was back in my account within the hour. Accidents are always going to happen. Really impressed with how fast and efficient they handled theirs. I didn't wind up buying from them, but I definitely would in the future.

  The item arrived earlier than expected. It looked exactly like the picture. It arrived in Alaska from India in good repair. I was in contact with the shipper regarding the tracking. This is out of the shipper's control, but once the item reached the USA, the only tracking info stated that the item was in route to its delivery system's destination. It arrived today...I'm happy with the product and the shipper's willingness to look in to the location and delivery date of this item. Thank you.

  The item is a modern replica made of glass. I ordered 2 and requested a return before receiving them. Only one arrived. After filing an INAD, the seller stopped cooperating. They initially agreed to refund my purchase before obfuscating and refusing to fund the shipping label, as eBay requires. They then offered a partial refund that didn’t even cover the cost of 1 purchased item, let alone the 2 I paid for. I have given them every chance to make this right and they will not. Avoid at all costs.
