  Disappointed repeat buyer here, have had good dealings with this seller in the past and honestly have no idea why the service has gone down hill. Ordered on June 5 and was delivered on June 19. Never had such a long wait time in the past. Coffee product is good and would like to continue to be a customer but way too long to wait for delivery. It didn't get posted for shipping, feel it is not the fault of UPS. Well-packaged and was as described in ad.

  I've ordered from this vendor before. They were slower in shipping then but, my mom, who most of my purchases were for as gifts, enjoyed the coffee. Placed a recent order and after 2.5 weeks, I contacted seller. They shared that they moved to a new facility and were behind in their order fulfillments. They apologized but, offered no other assistance. Week later, I contacted them again and same story. I requested that they ship within 24 hours or refund me. Refund issued. Won't use again.
