  I purchased toy bonniewith high expectations, but unfortunately, it arrived with a lopsided eye, which was disappointing. When I reached out to customer service, they were responsive and took accountability, which I appreciated. They assured me I’d receive a refund, which was great. But I was a frustrated to find out that I needed to write a review before the refund could be processed. While I appreciate their accountability, I feel that requiring a review for refund is not good customer service
