    Item shipped fast, packaged carefully and arrived quickly. All items were in original packaging and in very good condition. The driver bit for the motorized screwdriver was missing (which is mostly the point of the kit). I contacted the seller and they responded within 10 minutes with an offer to completely refund all money. They also mentioned that they did not need me to ship anything back. In spite of the missing piece, it was a positive experience! Excellent seller, great communication!!
