  Hi, I am very disappointed with the damaged product I received. The item was not boxed appropriately for international travel. It had significant damage on the corner. Looks awful! Also, the Sellers eBay ad is misleading with an Australian Flag & has text suggesting local freight when the Seller is actually based in Hong Kong. I got caught out thinking the seller was Australian. The seller offered $30 refund. Eventually agreeing to $150. I would like the product replaced. Please replace.

Although I was hoping the timber width capacity would be for 12cms as illustrated in some of the product photos (it only has a capacity for 10), I'm pleased over all with the appliance and appreciated the inclusion of an international plug converter.
