The postal service is extremely lame now. Not the shippers issue because they have no control over what the postal service dose. No damages to item. Thank you.

They did however refund partial payment. Cool, so i got a ugly misprinted strap from a company that makes great straps (I own several). So this is on the seller for lack of customer service and improper description. I still want the strap that was described when purchased. I still got ripped cuz this is not the strap in the picture.
