    The seller reported the binoculars were a new in box item but it was quickly realized, the binoculars were either a return from another customer or these are floor models that are being resold. My set came in broken and the sellers only offer was for me to contact the manufacturer to get them fixed. I asked for a small 10% refund to help cover shipping costs and lengthy time without the binoculars but was completely ghosted on the chat for days. Still no response. Buy your gear elsewhere.
