  Good quality holder included a brand new end mill which only sky rocketed the value! It came as described, with a little surface rust but cleaned up nicely. lt was shipped in secure packaging and arrived in a timely manner.

  Item was broken when arrived and picture clearly showed it was not. Box was in perfect condition so part was clearly broken when packaged. Description said in good condition. I contacted seller; trying to be nice, I said I understand things happen, and I asked for a partial refund $10 (to buy replacement clip). I said I would even accept one from their shop as they also sell these clips. I received no response. Part wasn’t super expensive but I might as well have just burned a $20 bill.
