  Item advertised was not item received. I also only got partial refund. There was no apology and no replacement item sent. Basically no remedying his/her error. Since it was a “buyer pays return shipping,” I had no choice but to chose 1) partial refund and I keep the item since it’s opened OR 2) I pay for return shipping and ship the item back and she/he will send me the correct item. I’d lose money either way. It’s a lose-lose situation for me regardless. Lesson learned.
