The box was intact. The polystyrene intact. Yet two long struts were snapped. I can only think they were packed that was. Also two drawer parts had been incorrectly routered and drilled so couldn’t fit together. Most frustrating. The good:- Seller was extremely responsive. Immediately organised replacement parts and despatched efficiently. So they sorted it.
