After days out of the box it never fully expanded, was barely 69 inches and not 72 inches as advertised. it was warped and impossible to keep it square. Seller had evidently turned off ability to contact them and changed the listing to imply any problems were the responsibility of the factory who cuts and ships the foam. I recommend they find another supplier if this is the best they can do.

They sent different/wrong material. I tried ordering extra firm. They still sent something too soft different than first order. Contacted them again and explained they still sent me something different. They apologized that they can't do better. But offered nothing for a refund or how to make it right. I'm out $60 or so. So do business at your on risk.

The seller communication was great in response to returning the item. Too early yet to know if I will be paying for return shipping, hopefully not. Other than the color issue, which is annoying, the ebay process requires me to lie about the reason for the return because if I tell the truth and indicate the item is not as described, requires pictures to be uploaded and ebay will not accept JPGs even though it says they do.
