    The item is not officially licensed media, they are bootleg box sets. It took almost a MONTH to get to me and the tracking they use is not 100% accurate. I messaged them asking for updates and it took them nearly a week to reply, not with an answer to the question I had asked them but a simple "Hello"... not happy with this service.
