  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Falsely advertised, does NOT fit w/ Contigo WestLoop. Leaks terribly. Seller REFUSED giving refund. Had to get Ebay involved, seller still refused, except to say the only way to get a refund was to take QR code he gave to Staples, have them upload it & mail the Rubber Lid stoppers to him. Told him repeatedly there is no Staple anywhere near us, & USPS & UPS both told me they can't ship using that QR code. Spent 4 wks dealing w/ this, got no more response from seller

  Product was exactly as described. Ship time was horrible - 2 weeks after the order was placed. Ordered on Sep 13. Item was shipped on Sep 27. Add 5 days (as shown on listing), so it should have shipped on the 18th, and no later than Sep 19. No notification of delay, or even an apology - no direct communication.
