  The cross I received was not new and was damaged. I zoomed in on the picture and saw no cracks in the porcelain. The one I received is covered with cracks. The seller has a no return policy but was comfortable buying as I could look at the cross. I contacted the seller and they never responded. I have no idea how they have a 100% rating. No customer service, and damaged merchandise. Zoom in on the picture and you will see what I received. I already own and there are no cracks in mine!
