Sellers picture of product Has very important info whited out. Seller is hard deal with and takes no responsibility for his deception in advertising. I have seller opportunity to send proper haz mat paperwork and shipping label to return it for a full refund. Seller even told me in a message to either accept a partial refund of 190.00 or he would block me
