    while packing the bear, the seller noticed a small scratch on the eye, immediately contacted me and asked if i wanted to cancel my order or offered me a partial refund(which is the option i took). the bear got here quicker than i had expected and upon inspection you can BARELY notice the scratch. i am blown away by this seller, many other sellers i have delt with would have ignored it and just sent it on even though it is a new item.100% will buy from them again.
