Seller refused to send but kept selling for higher price, refused to answer messages asking for shipping info and tracking number, then 10 days after I purchased, and only after I said I was going to leave very negative feedback, claimed they no longer had the item even though they had been still selling it the days before.   Last week I was in the Cotswolds of England using a Tassimo machine in my hotel room and this week I'm having that same delicious mug of cappuccino in my home. It arrived just a few days after I ordered it, new in a factory box with all the stickers and packing material from the manufacturer. This is the best cappuccino I've had since living in Italy for six months back in the 90's. I can't believe how well the steamed milk capsules work. Delicious!!!
