    I wouldn’t buy from this seller if you’re depending on the item arriving as described. I needed this battery ASAP for an upcoming shoot. Battery was delivered with a higher cycle count. The seller sold these higher cycle batteries for cheaper, so I figured what’s the harm in asking for the difference in partial refund. Seller basically said it’s my fault, claims I’m extorting them and refuses to communicate further. It’s… a strange approach to customer service.

    You are not being truthful. You messaged with careful wording, essentially saying give me a refund or I will issue a negative. If people are not satisfied, they start a return. You were just seeking to exploit the feedback system for a discount. This store will not bend to petty demands.
