    Item was as pictured packaging was a little ripped open so I wouldn’t call it new maybe open box condition was good value for the money can’t complain quality of shipping wasn’t the best was shipped in a polly bag not a box which give opportunity of damage but I’d buy from seller again

    I would highly recommend Communications Access and their firmware upgrade for the Motorola XTS line. They were able to successfully upgrade my XTS5000 from R05.05.01 to R20.50.10. I had concerns because of the horror stories about radios being bricked but they did a fantastic job! Great communication, the process of sending the radio was simple, the price very reasonable and the radio was returned packaged extremely well. You won't find a better price. I will gladly use their service again.
