  The item ordered was fine and was new as described. The shipping by USPS was delayed by the post office sending the package to Shreveport 3 times, causing a two-day delay in delivery? Only the post office can find ways to delay shipments! The item was a very good value when priced 32% below retail - well done!

  Had an old boat with a magic chef stove, the burners had rusted through. I ordered all 4 burners from cooltools2u. The seller called me to make sure I was ordering the correct ones (there are two versions, one with pilot holes), and they arrived just a few days later. Parts exactly as described, in excellent condition, packed well, shipped fast. This is the only seller anywhere that had these burners.
