    Pants received new. Excellent quality and well made at a fair price. They look great. One complaint. Was supposed to be shipped from JN, USA so PO Box was used. Shipped from Pakistan and came FedEx. Took nearly a week to resolve with FedEx who has the worst customer service, hands down. Was delivered a week late - of no fault to the seller. Side note: Might consider updating where the items are shipping from to avoid delivery service confusion. Thanks.

    Please BEWARE that the fez advertised is NOT PURE WHITE. I received an OFF WHITE colored fez. The seller agreed to give me a percentage of my money back as I will now have to purchase another fez in the correct color. I never received anything from the seller. SAVE YOURSELF the waste of time and money and purchase your fez from DTURIN just Google the name and the website will appear. They stand by what they sell. You may pay a higher price but you get what you pay for and nothing less!

    A refund was finally submitted as initially agreed upon. The workmanship of the lettering on the fez was very good and just as requested. The only issue was the color of the fez. Seller followed up on the refund issue and corrected it in a professional manner.
