    Seller is top notch. There was a problem with the item that was no fault of the seller. It was brand new and labeled from the factory, both the container and the unit itself, however it seems Viking mislabeled it as the 27” model and it was the 30” model. Seller communicated extremely well, arranged immediate pickup, and issued a refund within 24 hours of getting the unit back. I would strongly recommend this seller as trustworthy and easy to work with.

    I had issues with the delivery of my item at no fault of the seller. He kept in communication with me. He made sure that things were resolved and I was satisfied with the transaction.     Received the range in good condition... Shipped on an 18 wheeler. Driver said he could not turn onto our street, so he returned the next day in a smaller vehicle & dropped it off. Had the plumbers install it that day. Cannot say enough good things about the range!! Love it!! It replaced an older down draft JennAir! Better then I thought it would turn out! Great Job!!
